Arrest Made in Attempted Murder at Simpson Ridge Apartments, Osceola County

Osceola County, FL - The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has arrested Fausto Junior Toribio (born 02/02/2000) following a dramatic shooting incident at the Simpson Ridge Apartments. The incident took place on July 13, 2024, at approximately 5:30 PM.
Deputies rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found that a heated altercation between two individuals had escalated into violence, culminating in multiple gunshots. The victim, who sustained several gunshot wounds, was quickly transported to a nearby hospital. The current condition of the victim remains undisclosed.
Fausto Junior Toribio was apprehended at the scene and now faces charges of Attempted Murder and Aggravated Battery. The Osceola County Sheriff's Office, dedicated to maintaining public safety, is actively investigating the case.
