The suspect, identified as Pablo Pintueles Hernandez, allegedly tried to abduct a 4-year-old child from his family.
The incident, which occurred on December 29th, was promptly responded to by deputies. Upon reviewing the store's surveillance footage, it was confirmed that Hernandez approached the child, who was shopping with his family, grabbed the child's wrist, and attempted to lead him away. A quick intervention by a family member thwarted the attempt, allowing the child to be safely pulled back.

Their investigation revealed that Hernandez did indeed grab and restrain the child while instructing him to leave with him. This led to the establishment of probable cause to arrest Hernandez for False Imprisonment of a Child 13 Years Old and Under.
